Himachal cabinet’s big decision, approval to implement revised pay scale, lakhs of employees will get benefit

In the meeting of Himachal Pradesh cabinet chaired by Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur on Monday, a big decision has been taken regarding the new pay scale of the employees. The cabinet has decided to give revised pay scale to about two lakh employees of the state from January 1, 2016. The employees will be given the salary of January 2022 as per the revised pay scale in February. It has also been decided to increase the salary of contract employees. This decision will put an additional burden of 4000 crores annually on the state exchequer. The state government has already released about Rs 5000 crore to the employees as interim relief. After the revised pay scale, about 1.5 lakh New Pension Scheme (NPS) employees, 260 crores will be spent as government contribution in the form of six years’ arrears under KNPS.

The cabinet decided to upgrade the Ayurvedic Health Center at Bassi in Shri Nayana Devi Ji Assembly Constituency to 15 bedded Ayurvedic Hospital as well as to create and fill up 12 posts of different categories for the operation of this hospital. At the same time, for the convenience of the people of the area, approval was given to make a new Patwar Circle in Nagrota Bagwan area of ​​Kangra district.

Kupvi got new sub-division, Holi got Tehsil

The cabinet also gave its approval for opening of new sub-division (civil) at Kupvi in ​​Chopal assembly constituency of Shimla district. For the convenience of the people, it was also decided to create a new Patwar circle at Tharu, Nagrota Bagwan of Kangra district. Decision was taken to upgrade the sub-tehsil of district Chamba, Holi to the tehsil. In the meeting, it was decided to open new sub-tehsil in Dhalwan under Baldwara tehsil of district Mandi and to fill up 12 posts of different categories. Approval was given to create six new Patwar circles in Manali Tehsil of District Kullu by reorganizing the existing Patwar circles.

State administrative services got five more posts

The cabinet gave its approval to fill up five posts of Himachal Pradesh Administrative Services on regular basis through Himachal Pradesh Combined Competitive Examination 2021. Apart from this, approval was also given to fill three posts of Inspector in Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department through direct recruitment on contract basis.

He was addicted to drugs and often used to demand money from his mother. There used to be a lot of quarrel between the two when the mother refused. The father told that Manmohan was missing from home since the incident. After which, he expressed doubt that maybe his son had committed the murder and set the room on fire. The police already suspected the son The police immediately registered a case against the son and started investigation. After which, on the night of 14 August, the police arrested Manmohan Singh from Kulhal area. During interrogation, Manmohan Singh confessed his crime. He told that he has been addicted to drugs for a long time. He has already gone to jail in drug smuggling and Arms Act cases. On the day of the incident, he had asked his mother for money for drugs. But his mother refused to give him money and also did not let him go out of the house. He fled with the money after the murder After which, Manmohan Singh, in anger, attacked his mother’s neck with a wooden stick kept in the house. Due to which she died on the spot. After the murder, Manmohan Singh wrapped the body in a mattress and set it on fire so that it appeared that the woman died due to burning. Manmohan fled on a motorcycle with 30 thousand rupees kept in the cupboard of the house and his clothes.
