There is no Shahjahan court and we will not establish Shahjahanabad again: Delhi High Court
The Delhi High Court has commented on a 15-year-old petition. The court said that the court is not Shah Jahan and we are not going to rebuild Shahjahanabad. The Delhi High Court on Thursday allowed the withdrawal of a petition filed by an NGO in 2007, saying the 15-year-old case relating to the redevelopment of Chandni Chowk area has lost its relevance.
