Uttarakhand / Haridwar : Young man set himself on fire by sprinkling petrol

There was a stir in a colony of Bahadarabad police station area when a young man, who returned home after drinking alcohol, set himself on fire by sprinkling petrol on himself over a minor dispute. In critical condition, the relatives immediately took him to the hospital, where in view of his serious condition, the doctors referred him to the Higher Center. It is being told that the young man was in depression for a few days. Police Station Bahadrabad Nitesh Sharma told that 25-year-old Archit Chauhan, a resident of Shiv Vihar Bahadurabad, set himself on fire by pouring petrol outside the house and told that Ashish Chauhan was going under depression for some time. He was returning after drinking alcohol with his friend when he missed his phone at an ice cream parlor located in Bahadarabad. On coming home, he remembered that his phone was left in the parlor.
