Kidnapping case against Punjab Police in Delhi; Haryana Police stopped the vehicle carrying BJP leader Tajinder Bagga
Delhi BJP leader Tajinder Bagga has been arrested by the Punjab Police. The team of Punjab Cyber Cell took this action on Friday morning. A case has been registered against him at Mohali Cyber Police Station. Here, the Punjab Police vehicle carrying Bagga to Mohali has been stopped by the Haryana Police.
According to the information, Delhi Police has registered a case of kidnapping against Punjab Police. After this, on the information of Delhi Police, the Punjab Police vehicle carrying Bagga was stopped by the Haryana Police. The Punjab Police was taking Bagga from Delhi to Mohali after his arrest. There he has to be produced in court.
50 people of Punjab Police caught inside the house
According to Bagga’s close friends, 50 policemen reached his Delhi home in about 12 vehicles. The relatives said that first some policemen came inside the house. He talked for a while. After this, a large number of police personnel from outside entered the house and took Bagga away. Bagga’s mobile was also seized by the police.
Action for threatening Kejriwal
Bagga is accused of making controversial remarks on Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal regarding the film Kashmir Files. The Punjab Police had given notice to Bagga to join the investigation, but he did not turn up for it. AAP MLA Naresh Balyan informed about Bagga’s arrest.

Father said – the policemen punched me in the face
Tajinder Bagga’s father Pritpal Singh said, “Punjab police men dragged Tajinder away. He was not even allowed to wear a turban. When I tried to make a video, I was stopped and taken to a room. There he punched me in the face. The Punjab Police also took away my phone. Arvind Kejriwal wants to forcefully implicate my son.
Complaint of assault against Punjab Police
After this, Pritpal Bagga reached the Janakpuri police station and lodged a complaint of assault against the Punjab Police. He was accompanied by Delhi BJP President Adesh Gupta. Delhi BJP President Adesh Gupta said that forcibly lifting the young BJP leader and getting the elderly father beaten up is proof of Kejriwal’s dictatorial mindset.
Kapil Mishra said – Bagga is a true Sardar, will not be afraid
BJP leader Kapil Mishra said that Bagga is a true Sardar. He cannot be intimidated or weakened by such antics. Mishra said that Punjab Police is being used to settle personal resentment and anger of Kejriwal. This is an insult to Punjab and the mandate of Punjab.

Congress said- Kejriwal is using Punjab Police
Congress has termed Bagga’s arrest as wrong. Congress leader Alka Lamba said that Arvind Kejriwal is misusing Punjab Police for his agenda. He objected to the manner in which Bagga was arrested.
Case was registered on the statement of AAP spokesperson
A case is registered against Delhi’s BJP leader Tajinder Bagga in Mohali, Punjab. The case was registered in Mohali Cyber Crime Cell based on the statement of AAP spokesperson Sunny Ahluwalia. Complainant Sunny Ahluwalia had filed a case against Bagga for threatening to kill Kejriwal. This case has been registered under sections 153A, 505, 505(2) and 506 of IPC.
A controversial tweet in this regard has been cited by Bagga, which was made in the Delhi Assembly after Kejriwal’s statement on Kashmir Files movie. The complainant alleges that Bagga tweeted one after the other in a threatening tone.
