Uttar Pradesh : DM announced after meeting with Muslim side, survey work will start in Gyanvapi Masjid from tomorrow
After the order received from the court for cooperation in the commission action in Gyanvapi Masjid, now the survey work will start from 14th May i.e. Saturday. In fact, today there was a meeting between the court commissioner, Hindu side and Muslim side with the DM and police commissioner of Varanasi regarding the survey. In which it was decided that the survey work would start from Saturday. At the same time, Itzamiya Masajid Committee assured all kind of help.
The Police Commissioner was also present in that meeting, he has appealed to the people of both the communities to maintain peace and cordial atmosphere. Let us tell you that yesterday i.e. on May 12, the Varanasi Court had ordered to start the survey again before May 17 in the Gyanvapi Masjid case. Apart from this, the court had also rejected the appeal to remove the commissioner. Now the commissioner will be present during this survey. The court had said in its decision that there should not be a hindrance in this survey. If anyone tries to create obstacles, action will be taken against them.
What ordered?
The court said that the court commissioner should submit his report on May 17. In the hearing held yesterday, the court has ordered the survey from 9 am to 12 noon. The court has said that by May 17, the survey should be completed with the help of the state government and local administration. The court has said that even if one of the two court commissioners remains absent during the survey proceedings, action will be taken.
The court has ordered registration of an FIR against those who try to obstruct the survey work. Apart from this, it has been said that even if the key to the gate is not found, then the lock can be broken. Along with this, instructions have also been given for videography during the survey.
