Telangana : The encounter of Hyderabad Disha rape case, which robbed the entire country of applause was fake, the commission reported in the Supreme Court
After the encounter of the accused in the Disha rape case, questions were raised across the country. After which the court made a commission and ordered to investigate the incident. Sirpurkar Commission has filed a report in the Supreme Court in this matter. According to this report, the alleged four accused in the Disha rape case were fake encounters. The Supreme Court has asked the Telangana High Court to take action on the commission report. The commission included former Supreme Court judge Justice VS Sirpurkar, retired Bombay High Court judge Justice Rekha Baldota and former CBI director Karthikeyan.
Veterinarian was raped
The incident pertains to the rape and murder of a young veterinarian on November 27, 2019. Where the girl was burnt to death after raping her. Taking action in this incident, the police arrested four people. Subsequently, on December 6 of the same year, the four accused were killed in an encounter at the crime scene near Shadnagar.

Police claimed that
The police said that she had reached the spot with the accused to recreate the scene. Meanwhile, the accused started trying to escape by snatching their weapons, due to which these murders have taken place in the defense. The incident sparked the anger of human rights activists. After which many organizations from human rights had raised questions on this and approached the Supreme Court. After this, the Sirpurkar Commission was appointed to investigate the encounter of the accused. At the same time, now the commission has submitted its report in this matter to the Supreme Court.
