Uttarakhand / Almora : Approval to bring colleges of four districts under SSJ University
A meeting of the Academic Council of the University was held in the Central Library of Soban Singh Jeena Campus. In which the colleges of Almora, Bageshwar, Pithoragarh and Champawat were approved under SSJ.
On Tuesday Vice Chancellor Prof. In the meeting held under the chairmanship of Narendra Singh Bhandari, Uttarakhand Residential University, SSJ campus, Pt. Badridutt Pandey PG College, Bageshwar, Laxman Singh Mahar PG College, Pithoragarh were absorbed by the academic council of the university. Apart from this, the proposal to set up all the departments and subjects of SSJ Campus, Post Graduate College Bageshwar, Pithoragarh under the faculties of SSJ University was also approved. The Vice Chancellor said that many institutions have signed MoUs with the University for conducting academic, research etc. activities. We will work towards making the university better.
