Outpost in-charge Tapovan sub-inspector Satyendra Bhandari said that he immediately arrested four youths who were rioting on Neem Beach and took action against them under the Police Act. Deepak Kumar resident of Dev Enclave Dhandera Roorkee, Naresh (29 years) son Nagendra Kumar resident of Karol Bagh New Delhi are included.
