Himachal Pradesh / Kullu : Police raid on rave party going on late night in Manikarn, two arrested

The police raided the rave party going on late Saturday night in Pulga forest of Parvati Valley of Himachal Pradesh’s Kullu district’s Manikarn. Seeing the police, the tourists and the local people ran towards the forest, but two people were arrested. The police have started investigation by registering a case against three including the organizer of the party.

Police have recovered six speakers, one laptop, controller, three amplifiers, one generator and narcotics from the spot. The party was attended by 75 to 80 tourists and local people. Under the leadership of Deputy Superintendent of Police Kullu Mohan Rawat, station in-charge Kullu Kulwant Singh and other jawans raided.

4.58 grams of charas and 0.47 grams of narcotic substances (MDMA), 1.94 grams of cocaine and 6.48 grams of ganja were recovered from Raghuveer and Raghuveer from the arrested Parnem Sarv resident of Pinching district, Chandil, Manipur. Senior Superintendent of Police Gurdev Sharma said that a case has been registered against three people including the organizer of the rave party.
