17 new patients found in last 24 hours, maximum 50 cases in Dehradun

In the last 24 hours, 17 new corona patients have been found in the state, while 12 patients have been cured. Now there are 66 active cases of COVID. According to the information released by the Health Department, out of the 17 cases reported in the last 24 hours on Tuesday, Dehradun has the highest number of 11, Pauri three, Nainital, Tehri and Uttarkashi one patient each.

Now out of the total 66 active cases, Dehradun has maximum 50 cases. On the other hand, on Tuesday, 8716 people were given corona vaccine in the state. On Tuesday, seven new corona infected have been found within an hour, while 16 patients have been cured. 64 active patients are undergoing treatment. In the third wave, the total number of infected has reached 92881.

According to the Health Department, the investigation report of 1356 samples has come negative on Monday. Seven people were found corona infected in three districts. Five have been found infected in Dehradun district, one each in Chamoli and Tehri districts. More than twice as many patients have been cured as compared to the infected. By including these, 89271 patients have become healthy so far. 64 active patients are being treated in 10 districts. The recovery rate of the state has been recorded at 96.11 percent and infection rate of 0.51 percent.

1,765 cases of corona in Mumbai

On Wednesday, 1,765 new cases of Kovid-19 were registered in Mumbai. This is the highest number of cases in a single day since January 26. A day before this, on Tuesday, 1,242 cases of corona were reported in the metropolis. Let us inform that on 26 January, 1,858 cases of corona were reported in Mumbai and 13 people died. With this, the cases of corona in Mumbai have increased to 10,73,541 while the death toll has gone up to 19,569.

Active cases in Tamil Nadu cross one thousand

On Wednesday, 195 new cases of corona were reported in Tamil Nadu. With this, the number of active cases of corona in Tamil Nadu has increased to 1,021. The number of infected in the state is 34,56,512 while the death toll from the epidemic has gone up to 38,025.

Cases increased in Delhi too

On Wednesday, 564 new cases of corona were reported in Delhi, which is the highest since May 15, while one person died of infection. At the same time, the infection rate in the national capital has increased to 2.84 percent. With this, the total cases of corona in Delhi have increased to 19,09,991 while 26,214 people have died. On May 15, 613 cases were found in Delhi.

93 days later, 5,233 cases were found in the country

According to the data updated by the Ministry of Health at 8 am on Wednesday, after 93 days in 24 hours, 5,233 cases have been found and seven people have died, of which five deaths are from Kerala alone. There has been an increase of 41 percent in new cases in a day. On Tuesday, 3,714 cases were found. The highest number of cases have been found in Maharashtra, which is the largest number of cases found in a single day after February 18 in the state.

Active cases increased to 28,857

The daily infection rate has reached 1.67 percent and the weekly infection rate has reached 1.12 percent. The recovery rate of patients has come down to 98.72 percent. It is a matter of relief that the death rate has also come down marginally to 1.21 percent. According to the Kovin portal, a total of 194.44 crore doses of corona vaccine have been administered so far.

Instructions for air travelers to wear masks

This circular has been issued on the basis of the order of the Delhi High Court on June 3. It said that the DGCA has been issued guidelines to the airlines and all the employees of the aircraft.
