Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami took oath of assembly membership on Monday. Assembly Speaker Ritu Khanduri Bhushan administered the oath of membership to CM Dhami in the swearing-in program organized in the Vidhan Sabha building. Chief Minister Dhami has won the Champawat by-election by a record margin of more than 55 thousand votes. The budget session of the Vidhan Sabha is starting from Tuesday, June 14. Earlier on Monday, the Chief Minister took oath of assembly membership.

Preparations were made for the swearing-in ceremony in the auditorium of Late Prakash Pant Bhawan, in which ministers, legislators along with officials and other guests attended. Let us inform that after losing the election from Khatima assembly, Kailash Chand Gahatodi, MLA from Champawat had resigned and vacated the seat for Chief Minister Dhami. In the by-election, the Chief Minister has been elected as a member of the Legislative Assembly by winning the record margin of votes.
