Congress leader Rahul Gandhi said on Wednesday that the ED officials who were interrogating him asked how he did not get tired for so long in a small room. Addressing the party leaders and workers in the Congress office, Rahul said that I was called to the ED office a few days ago. There was a small room, there was a computer on the table and there were 3 officers. I did not move from the chair, the officers used to come and go. At ten thirty in the night, the officer said to me, in eleven hours we were tired but you are not tired! What is the secret? I said that Vipassana has become a habit.
Rahul Gandhi further said that but the truth is that Rahul Gandhi was not alone in that room, every Congress leader and worker was sitting in that room. You can tire one leader, not crores of workers. Whoever speaks against the government, whoever fights for democracy, were present in that room.
ED asked- How so much patience?
He said that on the last day it was asked by the ED officials that how did you have so much patience? Didn’t answer them. Rahul said that I am working in Congress since 2004, who has better patience than us? Referring to “patience”, Rahul said, “Here is Sachin Pilot sitting, Siddaramaiah is sitting, Randeep is sitting!” Rahul thanked the workers. He doesn’t care about ED. Congress cannot be suppressed, threatened. There is no dearth of patience in truth.

It is worth mentioning that the Enforcement Directorate (ED) questioned former Congress President Rahul Gandhi for more than 11 hours on Tuesday, the fifth day in the alleged money laundering case related to ‘National Herald’ newspaper. The probe agency has not issued any fresh summons to Gandhi and it is believed that his interrogation is over, at least for the time being.
Rahul Gandhi has been questioned for more than 54 hours so far in five days during which his statement under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) was recorded. Took half an hour break and rejoined the questioning, after which he left the ED office at 11:30 pm.
Rahul Gandhi arrived at the ED headquarters at APJ Abdul Kalam Road in central Delhi at around 11.15 am with “Z+” category security of CRPF personnel and his interrogation began at 11.30 am. Gandhi was questioned for three consecutive days last week on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. He then appeared on Monday this week, during which interrogation went on for more than 12 hours.
