Himachal’s eligible 30,000 personnel will get the benefit of the highest pay scale, notification issued

All eligible 30,000 employees of Himachal Pradesh will get the benefit of the highest pay scale. This benefit will be available to those who have completed two years of regular services before January 3, 2022. These employees will get the benefit of a monthly increment of Rs 13,000 to Rs 18,000. The Finance Department of the State Government has issued a notification in this regard on Thursday. The new pay scale has been notified on January 3, 2022, which is being given from January 1, 2016. It may be noted that in the year 2014, this arrangement was brought in the state that the appointed employees would be on probation for two years and after two years of regular appointment they would get the benefit of the highest pay scale, but on January 3, 2022, it was arranged that in the new scale. There will be no probation period of two years.

Now the system has been made that according to the new scale, the salary will be given and this system will be applicable from 2016. Therefore, the employees appointed from the year 2016 to January 3, 2022 will get its benefit. Additional Chief Secretary Finance Prabodh Saxena has issued its notification. State President of Himachal Pradesh Non-Gazetted Employees Federation, Ashwani Thakur said that this is a big decision of the State Government in the interest of the employees. He said that the employees concerned have to get a monthly benefit of Rs 13,000 to 18,000. All India Educational Federation’s Himachal Pradesh President Pawan Kumar, General Secretary Mamraj Pundir etc. have also welcomed this decision of the government.

All India National Educational Federation Himachal Pradesh President Pawan Kumar, General Secretary Dr. Mamraj Pundir, Organization Minister Vinod Sood, Senior Vice President Jai Shankar Thakur, along with the members of the State Executive, the President of the Districts, the General Secretary and the District Executive on behalf of the Government of the State. The employees and all the employees engaged on JOA have welcomed the decision to remove the condition of 2012. Pundir said that Chief Minister Jai Ram has put an end to the exploitation of the employees by the previous governments.
