Uttarakhand : Officials ignored, minister got angry, matter reached CM, Chief Secretary, waiting for action

A dispute has started between Food Civil Supplies Minister Rekha Arya and Food Commissioner Sachin Kurve over the transfer. The matter has reached Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami. Minister Rekha says that the officers are working arbitrarily, without taking the approval of the departmental minister, many officers and employees have been transferred, which is against the Transfer Act. He has also demanded the removal of Food Commissioner Sachin Kurve from his department and has also written a letter to take strict action on this matter. Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Minister Rekha Arya has expressed strong displeasure over Food Commissioner Sachin Kurve sending District Supply Officer of Nainital district Manoj Burman on compulsory leave. Regarding which the minister wrote a letter to the Food Commissioner saying that without bringing the said matter to my notice, the action taken by the Food Commissioner is canceled immediately. This action is very regrettable and a gross violation of the Rules of Business. Rekha Arya said that taking such action without the approval of the departmental minister appears to be arbitrary and monopolistic. The interesting thing is that even on the orders of the minister, commissioner Sachin Kurve did not implement anything and even after that 6 district food supply officers were transferred. Rekha Arya expressed strong displeasure over such action taken by Food Commissioner Sachin Kurve and issued a letter to the Food Commissioner asking him to respond.

Let us tell you that this is not the first time that Rekha Arya has had a tussle with an officer. In the last term also, Minister Rekha Arya has had several clashes with the officers and secretaries. Remind you that after the dispute between Minister of State Rekha Arya and IAS V Shanmugam, IAS Sowjanya, the departmental secretary of Rekha Arya, had also left the Department of Women’s Empowerment and Child Development and it was revealed that some officers of her department also belonged to Rekha Arya. Before this incident, IAS V Shanmugam had also expressed his desire to leave the department of Rekha Arya by giving a letter to the Chief Secretary in writing and also by giving a letter to the Chief Secretary, IAS Shanmugam on leave for the next 10 days. had gone. The cabinet minister of Uttarakhand is justifying the transfer by Minister Rekha Arya, while the Congress says that Rekha Arya has not been made of any officer till date. Now the same has happened in the Dhami government as well, the Congress alleges that the minister is not able to harmonize with his department, due to which the general public suffers apart from the departmental officers. At present, this matter has reached CM Dhami and all eyes are on Dhami’s action.
