Bihar : Was defecating sitting in the toiletold man, bulldozer drove

A shocking case has come to light from Sultanganj in Bhagalpur district in Bihar. Where something happened during the removal of encroachment, which crossed all the limits of humanity. Here an elderly man was defecating while sitting in the toilet, only then a bulldozer ran over him. Suddenly the entire debris fell on him due to the action of JCB. Due to this, the elderly suffered serious injuries during this time and the head exploded. It is said that when the officials of the administration who came to remove the encroachment came to know about this, the bulldozer was stopped. Then the encroachment was removed by taking out the old man. The injured elderly have been admitted to Mayaganj Hospital.

According to the information received, the local administration reached Athgama in Nawada Panchayat today to remove the encroachment regarding Shravani Mela. Villager Basudev Mandal was sitting to defecate. Then he started breaking it with a bulldozer. Vasudev’s son Anuj Kumar said he urged the authorities to break it down after his father came out of the toilet. But he did not listen to him and started breaking the toilet with a bulldozer. The relatives told that even after their refusal, the bulldozer was forcibly started on the toilet. Because of which the elders were left sitting inside and the debris of the toilet fell on them. Local people are also cursing such action taken by the administration.

It is said that Vimala Devi, the daughter-in-law of the injured Vasudev Mandal, is a ward member. In this regard, Sultanganj CO Shanshu Sharan Rai told that the toilet was not a urinal. It was built on the road. No information was given by anyone that any person is sitting inside. Vasudev Mandal suffered minor injuries while breaking the urinal. He has been sent for treatment.
