Uttarakhand : CM Dhami launched Kanya Shree Yojana, distributed cycles to daughters
CM Pushkar Singh Dhami participated in the program organized by Rotary Club of Kashipur and Rotary Club of Kashipur Corbett in Kashipur. During this, he launched the Kanya Shree Yojana. Under the scheme, CM Dhami distributed 2100 cycles to the girl students. During this, he counted the achievements of his government.
According to media reports, he started the cycle distribution program by distributing cycles to girl students at Ananya Hotel in Kashipur. After this, tablets will be distributed on a large scale in October for educational support to the girl students. During this program, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that all round development of the state is possible with the cooperation of all. He thanks everyone on the launch of Kanyashree scheme.
CM Dhami said that ‘Beti Bachao Beti Padhao’ campaign is going on across the country under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Rotary Club and other social organizations will also play an important role to make Uttarakhand a best state. He said that in the last tenure his government had made provision to provide computers and tablets to more than 2 lakh students. Though it was canceled due to covid, we ensured that this money reaches their accounts for their studies.
With this, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that we are working with zero tolerance policy on corruption. For this number 1064 has been launched, on this number complaints related to corruption can be lodged in any department across the state.
