Uttarakhand : Filmmaker Boney Kapoor meets Chief Minister Dhami
Film producer Boney Kapoor met Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami. He told that nowadays the film ‘Mili’ is being shot by him in Dehradun, Haridwar, Mussoorie. He described the natural beauty of Uttarakhand as conducive to filming. The Chief Minister said that we have world’s best shooting destinations including Nainital, Mussoorie, Auli, Chakrata, Munsiyari, Chopta, Harshil, Pauri, Dhanaulti. In Uttarakhand, filmmakers are being given full support for filming, for this, policies have been framed for filming. The Chief Minister requested Kapoor to suggest ways to encourage film shooting in the state. The Chief Minister said that according to the suggestions received from the filmmakers, amendments would be made in the film policy.
