In fact, according to the news of Times of India, the allegation of this fraud on Aaliya Siddiqui, wife of Hindi cinema veteran Nawazuddin Siddiqui, has been confirmed. According to media reports, Manju Garhwal, who worked as a creative and co-producer in Alia’s production house Holy Cow, has accused Nawazuddin’s wife. According to Manju, he had invested a lot of money as a producer in this venture of Alia Siddiqui. Under the responsibility that Alia entrusted to me, I cast people for the project and also gave them checks. But gradually that check started getting bounced. During this, Alia assured her to return the money and later she retracted her words.
The remaining Rs 31 lakh on Alia
Manju Garhwal further told that on my repeated requests, Aaliya Siddiqui refused to give me money. But I had a hard disk from Holy Cow Venture. In which all the data of production was there. In such a situation, Alia later took that hard disk by giving me 22 lakh rupees. However, even after that, 31 lakh rupees were left. For which I am constantly asking for money from him and he is not ready to pay the dues. In such a situation, I have registered a case with the police.
