Meanwhile, suddenly something happened that leaving the bride sitting in preparation for seven rounds, the bridegroom of her dreams fled from the spot. Actually, Askaranpal, a resident of village Kalanabad, reached village Bhorajpur with a procession. The procession was accorded a warm welcome. After this all the rituals of marriage started being performed. Meanwhile, the second wife of the groom reached the pavilion with the police. Seeing the first wife and the police, the groom was so scared that he fled from the pavilion itself. Here, there was a stir in the bride’s family and the wedding processions due to the sudden developments. Later the bride refused the marriage, on which the baraatis had to return to Barang.

The accused was going to do the third marriage fraudulently

According to the Deori police station of the area, a man of village Bhorajpur had fixed the marriage of his daughter with Askaranpal, a resident of village Tarana in Jehanabad police station area. The accused had left with a procession from his sister’s house in village Kiratpur on the scheduled date of marriage. The procession reached village Bhorajpur. Weddings were welcomed. Wedding rituals started being performed. According to the police, when the second wife, resident of Maharajpur, came to know about her husband’s marriage, she reached the Deori police post with her family members. Told the police all the truth about the accused. After this the police reached the spot.

The accused disappeared from the pavilion

According to the police, as soon as the accused Askaranpal, who was preparing to take rounds in the pavilion, saw the second wife, his senses were blown away. He fled from the spot leaving the marriage rituals incomplete. The bride, who was shocked by this sentence, refused to marry. Here, the father of the bride told the police that he had been cheated. Two lakhs were spent on his marriage. Now they will register a case of cheating with the police against the accused and his family members.
