Uttarakhand / Haridwar : Kanwariyas are chanting the name of the innocent, jammed for hours on the highway

The rally of Dak Kanwar has started increasing in the Kanwar Yatra. The Kanwariyas arriving in batches are chanting the name of Lord Bhole. Due to excessive crowd and increasing pressure of vehicles, the highway has started jamming. There was heavy traffic on the Haridwar-Laksar road as well. On one side the traffic jams and on the other side, the noise of bikes and DJs without silencers of Dak Kanwaris has started bothering the local people.

Kanwar Yatra is at its peak. From Dak Kanwaris to highways, the pressure of vehicles has increased on other routes. On Saturday, only the vehicles of Dak Kanwar were seen everywhere. There was jam on both the lanes of the highway for hours. It was difficult for people to cross at the intersections and intersections of the roads connecting to the highway. The police were left sweating in smoothening the traffic system. Thousands of Kanwariyas entered the VIP Ghat on Saturday. Their vehicles were parked on the side of the road. It also had to deal with the problem of traffic jams.
