Mehbooba Mufti attacks former President Ram Nath Kovind’s farewell statement

Draupadi Murmu has been sworn in as the 15th President of the country. With his taking oath, former Jammu and Kashmir CM and PDP Chief Mehbooba Mufti has targeted former President Ram Nath Kovind.

He tweeted, ‘Whether it is about Article 370, Citizenship Act (CAA) or targeting minorities or Dalits. Ramnath Kovind has always fulfilled the political agenda of BJP in the name of Indian Constitution. Mehbooba Mufti said that the outgoing President (Ram Nath Kovind) has left behind a legacy where the Indian Constitution has been crushed many times.

The outgoing President leaves behind a legacy where the Indian Constitution was trampled upon umpteenth times. Be it scrapping of Article 370,CAA or the unabashed targeting of minorities & Dalits, he fulfilled BJPs political agenda all at the cost of the Indian Constitution.

Let us tell you that the former Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir has often been attacking the BJP on different issues. Earlier, he had targeted the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan’. It seems that Kashmir is an enemy territory that needs to be captured.

At the same time, earlier Mufti had said that this country was built with the blood and sweat of leaders like Jawaharlal Nehru, Indira Gandhi, Rajiv Gandhi. The basis of which was democracy and secularism, BJP is doing the opposite. I have never seen a government more corrupt than this in my life. The way BJP has horse-traded MLAs in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Goa or Maharashtra, there is no greater example of corruption in history.
