Uttarakhand : In BJP’s new team, 20 out of 37 officials are from Kumaon

Bharatiya Janata Party has announced the new team. In this, special preference has been given to Kumaon, but the old faces of the organization have not been included. In the team of 37 office-bearers, 20 office-bearers are from Kumaon, most of whom are youths. These new office bearers now have the responsibility of Mission-2024. From the state to the national leadership, eyes will be on this young team.

After the removal of Madan Kaushik, the preparations for the new team had started only after Mahendra Bhatt became the new state president. It was already discussed that new workers may join. Although the old office bearers of the team were also expected, but it did not happen. The most important post of the State General Secretary is considered. The previous team also included two General Secretary Suresh Bhatt and Rajendra Bhandari from Kumaon. Both of them have not found a place in the new team. In his place, Rajendra Singh Bisht from Nainital has been made the State General Secretary. Till now he was handling the responsibility of the state minister. While Khilendra Chaudhary of Udham Singh Nagar has been given the responsibility of the state minister. Even with these new faces, the party has tried to strike a variety of balances.
