The Cuddalore Police has started investigation in this case related to the student. Police said a Class 11 student of a government school near Chidambaram in Tamil Nadu gave birth to a child and dumped the baby’s body near the school’s toilet. Police have started investigation as to who made the minor pregnant.
Dead newborn thrown near toilet
The school authorities found the child’s body near the school’s toilet on Thursday and informed the Bhuvanagiri police. The police launched an investigation and on Friday evening they found the girl who admitted that she had given birth to the child. She said that she felt pain and went to the toilet and gave birth to the child. While the girl said that the child was born dead, the police said that she would have died as she gave birth to him without any help.

Police said the girl cut the umbilical cord with a pen and returned to class. The girl also told the police that she did not tell anyone in the school or family that she was pregnant. Police is questioning several people including her relatives and local people to find out the person who made her pregnant.
