‘Will the recognition of Aadmi Party end’? 56 former IAS officers opened the front, wrote a letter to the Election Commission
The letter of the former bureaucrats of the country has fallen like a bomb on the Election Commission, after which there has been a stir. Now the former IAS officers have made such a demand, about which everyone is surprised. In fact, 56 former officers of the country have demanded from the Election Commission to cancel the recognition of the Aam Aadmi Party. Former officers allege that they are pressurizing the bureaucrats of Gujarat to cooperate with AAP. According to the information received, this letter to the Election Commission has been written under the leadership of M. Madan Gopal, former Additional Chief Secretary of Karnataka. Former IAS officers have said that we people believe that government officials or employees working in the state cannot join any party, nor can they express their political intentions publicly. But in Gujarat, Arvind Kejriwal, the convener of the Aam Aadmi Party, is constantly instigating the people of government servants for political participation, asking them to join the Aam Aadmi Party and get them to vote and campaign. On September 3, in Rajkot, Gujarat, he had given such controversial statements, to which we all strictly register our objection.
Former officials have complained to the Election Commission that Arvind Kejriwal is engaged in making political parties to employees of various departments working in Gujarat. In the past, he told the booth workers to go to the booth level and appeal to the people to vote for AAP. Similarly, he asked the bus conductors to ask the passengers traveling in the bus to press the button on the broom to vote for the Aam Aadmi Party. So appealing to the policemen and home guards also for the support of the party, saying that the policemen should not obey the orders of the state government, their government is going to be formed after two months.
Retired bureaucrats have appealed to the Election Commission to withdraw the recognition of the Aam Aadmi Party under 16A of the Election Symbols (Reservation and Allotment) Order, 1968 of the Representation of the People Act. The letter alleged that AAP has violated the election code of conduct. He is continuously influencing elections and promoting wrong practices.
