A video from Patna High Court has gone viral. In this video there is an interesting debate between the judge and the lawyer. Judges reject the lawyer’s application simply because it is given in Hindi language. Lawyers try hard to convince them. Even before independence, the judges do not listen and the lawyers get frustrated. During this, many lawyers are listening to this debate diligently. Now people are sharing this video viral on social media.
In the video, the judge says- ‘You are studying in Hindi, do you think I understand? Why are you studying forcibly. I do not understand this. There is no rule to move forward. After listening first, Huzoor has to move forward. From today onwards Hindi is not working. Even today all the justices are listening in Patna High Court.
The lawyer gave this argument
The lawyer says- ‘Now Huzoor is saying that you should do the Hindi translation yourself. We are saying that a demand should be made from the translator department. The translator is here before independence. They get a tank, half of which is our share. So what goes to Huzoor in asking for him? We are saying this justified thing. We don’t know English and are asking us for English translation.
Judge rejected the application
In the midst of a little ruckus, the lawyers present the facts and say that there is no hindrance in filing the application in Hindi in the Patna High Court. Nor is there any impediment in putting the argument in Hindi and in fact it has been accepted by this Court in many cases. But, the judge does not listen to him and rejects his application.
