Uttarakhand : If retirement is not taken in three months, then the Transport Corporation will forcibly retire
Uttarakhand Transport Corporation says that if a disabled employee does not take retirement within three months, then he will be considered forcibly retired. The commission has issued a draft notice to forcibly retire disabled employees.
In fact, the Transport Corporation has issued an order to forcibly retire 84 disabled employees of Dehradun, Kathgodam and Tanakpur divisions. These include drivers and conductors of roadways. The corporation has excluded those employees who were disabled in the line of duty on the roadways bus accident. The details of the last ten years of services of the remaining employees along with the details of their kilometers will also become the basis for forced retirement.
It will be mentioned in the format of CRS notice issued by Deepak Jain, General Manager, Transport Corporation. Along with this, it has also been made clear that all the employees will be given notice of retirement within three months. If they do not apply for retirement, then all the employees will be forcibly retired under regulation-37 of the Uttarakhand Transport Corporation (Other than Officers) Service Rules 2015.
