The victim has filed a complaint in the Kankhal police station, alleging that she had been vandalized and assaulted with the intention of forcibly occupying agricultural land and insulting her by saying caste words. Said that the accused opened fire, but the gun did not fire. He alleges that the police is not taking action on his complaint.

Mukesh Kumar, a resident of Jagjitpur of Kankhal police station area, gave a complaint to the Kankhal police and told that his village panchayat Jamalpur Kalan has agricultural land, on which he has built a farm house. On the afternoon of September 14, he had gone to the farm house. During this, a person from his village reached there along with one of his relatives and eight ten others and started vandalizing the boundary of the farm house and the rooms, toilets and bathrooms in the farm house with the intention of forcibly taking possession. When he tried to stop them, he committed indecent use of caste words. Along with this, the accused also beat him up.

Victim Mukesh Kumar says that to escape he entered the room built in the farm house, then the accused forcibly entered the room and beat him badly. Seeing the people, the people who were beating them fled, threatening to kill them. Mukesh Kumar told that he informed the police on number 112 but the police did not reach the spot. On this, he reached Jagjitpur outpost and informed the police about the incident with him. Mukesh Kumar alleged that the police was not taking action as the accused were associated with the ruling party. Mukesh Kumar, pleading for the protection of life and property, has demanded the police to arrest the accused by registering a case against them.
