Devendra Budiya, president of the All India Bishnoi Mahasabha, wrote a letter to the Prime Minister and Forest Minister Bhupendra Yadav, appealing not to serve cheetals to cheetahs.

Eight cheetahs brought from Namibia
It is noteworthy that recently eight cheetahs from Namibia have been brought to India. These cheetahs have been released in the Kuno National Park located in Sheopur in the state of Madhya Pradesh. There the cheetahs are currently quarantined. Buffalo meat is being given to them now. After the cheetahs have adapted to the environment, they will be allowed to hunt. For this, their favorite wildlife will be left in the park.
