Uttarakhand : CBI will tighten its grip on land mafia Sudhir Windlas, Dhami government recommends CBI investigation

The CBI will now tighten its grip in the case of fraudulently grabbing several government and non-government lands on the basis of forged documents against the long-time famous real estate builder and land mafia Sudhir Kumar Vindalas and the company’s manager Prashant, among others. In view of the seriousness of the matter, the state government has issued a letter recommending CBI inquiry to the central government against land mafia Sudhir Kumar Windlass.

There are many cases registered against Sudhir Windlas

Let us tell you that in Dehradun police records, more than half a dozen such cases are registered against Sudhir Kumar Windlass, in which the game of grabbing government and non-government valuable properties on the basis of forged documents was going on for the last several years. In Rajpur police station itself, there are four such cases of property fraud and possession against Sudhir Windlas and his associates from the year 2018 to 2020, in which cases under section 420 467 468 466 471 120B IPC are under investigation. All these cases will now be investigated by the CBI. It is being told that the state government has appealed to the Center regarding the CBI investigation for effective action against the land mafia Sudhir Kumar Windlass who created terror.

CBI investigation in the case of seizure of valuable properties in Johrigaon and Jakhan

According to the police station Rajpur, land mafia Sudhir Kumar Windlas, along with his manager Prashant, along with others, valuable private properties in Johri village and Jakhan area have been captured on the basis of fake documents for a long time. In this case many cases are registered against Sudhir Kumar and others under section 420 467 468 466 471 120B IPC.

Sudhir Kumar Windlass is a land mafia in police records

Let us inform that Sudhir Kumar Windlas, who is associated with the real estate business and known as the land mafia in the police diary, has been facing land property fraud cases in different police stations for a long time. In 2020 too, many of his associates including Sudhir Kumar were absconding in the case of land grabbing by fraudulent property fraud in Dehradun Kotwali.

It is said that many white-collar people are also involved in this land mafia business of Sudhir Kumar. This has been the reason that now a CBI inquiry has been demanded from the Central Government due to the extremely serious cases against the accused builder by the State Government. In this case, a letter has been written by Uttarakhand Home Additional Chief Secretary Radha Raturi to the Central Government.
