And made fake documents on the behest of Smita Dixit.

He got the land registered in his name on 21 May 2012 by showing fake Nathuram and some witnesses. Whereas the real Nathuram had died in 1983. BS Sidhu together with the then Additional Tehsildar Sadar occupied the land.

Not only this, 25 trees standing on the ground were also cut and BS Sidhu misused the position to put pressure on the forest officials and some employees and filed a case against them.

After investigation, the police have registered a case against the then DGP BS Sidhu, the then Additional Tehsildar Shujauddin, Mahendra Singh, fake Nathuram, Deepak Sharma, Smita Dixit, Subhash Sharma and Krishna.
