Uttarakhand : Accused arrested in UKSSSC recruitment scam should not be saved, STF will appeal in High Court

The government has become alert after the accused arrested in the UKSSSC recruitment scam got bail from the trial court. Chief Minister Pushkar Dhami has asked the STF to appeal in the High Court in this case. On the other hand, Leader of Opposition Yashpal Arya attacked the government on getting bail to the accused of recruitment scam, saying that the government is pretending in the name of investigation. The STF is investigating the recruitment rigging that came to light in July. STF has so far arrested 42 accused. Chargesheets have also been filed against most of them, but in the meantime many of the accused had managed to get bail from the trial court. Due to this, the government has again become alert to keep the accused inside the jail.
In this sequence, Chief Minister Dhami has asked the STF to appeal against the bail of the accused in the High Court. According to SSP ATF Ajay Singh, the High Court will go against the bail of the accused of rigging the recruitments of the Subordinate Selection Commission. It has been prepared by STF. He said that the STF is working cautiously in collecting the evidence.
BJP leader of opposition scathing attack on Arya
BJP State Spokesperson Bipin Kainthola made a scathing attack on Leader of Opposition Yashpal Arya’s statement on fear and corruption. He said that while respecting the sentiments of the people, the BJP has freed Uttarakhand from fear and corruption. In a statement, Kanthola said that the BJP has again got the blessings of the people of Uttarakhand so that the specter of Congress, which was a reflection of corruption and fear, does not fall on Uttarakhand.
Show off in the name of investigation to save copying gang
Arya has surrounded the government after the accused sent to judicial custody in the paper leak case of the Uttarakhand Subordinate Services Selection Commission’s graduate level examination were released on bail.
