When he started addressing people from the stage, there was no sound coming from the mike and it went bad. Although another mike was immediately arranged, but by then Ashwini Choubey was enraged. In the viral video, it can be seen that Union Minister Ashwini Choubey lashed out at the mike and jerked it away.
