On 15 November 2022, Alia Bhatt shared her first picture after giving birth to her baby girl on her Insta handle. In the photo, Alia can be seen holding an orange cup with ‘Maa’ written on it. We could also catch a glimpse of Alia sitting on a chair in the background. Sharing the picture, the actress had written, “This is mine.”
A report in ‘BollywoodLife’ states that Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt have decided to name their daughter attached to late Rishi Kapoor as a tribute to the veteran actor. A source close to the couple revealed that the newly-wed grandmother Neetu Kapoor loved the idea so much that she got emotional. Now she is eagerly waiting to announce the name of her granddaughter to the world.
Some people also believe that according to the trend, Alia and Ranbir may name their daughter after combining their names, but if reports are to be believed then Kapoor Princess will be named after Rishi Kapoor. However, the report further states that the entire Kapoor-Bhatt family as well as new parents Ranbir and Alia have finally shortlisted a name for their bundle of joy. Moreover, the couple has a ‘no picture policy’ for their baby girl and don’t want shutterbugs to click her in public. Alia and Ranbir didn’t even allow their close friends to take pictures of the baby, fearing that it might get leaked. Meanwhile, the couple is hoping their fans respect their decision. Actor Ranbir Kapoor has returned to work five days after his wife Alia Bhatt’s delivery, for which netizens trolled her a lot.
