The Lucknow Bench of the Allahabad High Court has rejected the bail plea of ​​the husband accused of killing his wife and throwing her body into pieces. The court said that in view of the heinous crime committed by the accused, he cannot be released on bail.

This order was given by a single bench of Justice Dinesh Kumar Singh while rejecting the bail plea of ​​accused Sameer Khan. Accused Sameer Khan of Balrampur used to work in a chicken shop in Mumbai, he fell in love with a girl from there and both of them got married. After some time of marriage, in 2020, he went to his village located in Balrampur district.

He told in his statement to the police that whenever he used to call his wife, her phone was busy, due to which he started doubting the character of the wife. On 25 June 2020, he called his wife to Lucknow and started living in a rented house in Indira Nagar. On July 5, 2020, there was a quarrel between the two and for this reason, Sameer Khan killed his wife and cut her dead body into six pieces and stuffed it in two bags and threw it in Safedabad, Barabanki. The dead body of the girl was recovered on 7 July 2020. Sameer Khan was arrested by the police after the deceased was identified during the investigation.
