People of Malli Marai of Almora district of Uttarakhand are in panic these days, a dreaded leopard is roaming freely here, which targets people every day. Something similar was seen on Monday. Leopard targeted three people of the same family in Bhaura village of Dwarahat area of Almora district, according to the information received, the condition of one of the three injured is said to be serious while two are stable.

According to reports, Bachuli Devi, Sumit Kumar and Pushpa Devi were passing through Malli Marai area around 4 pm on Monday. Then suddenly the leopard came from behind. Running fast, he first attacked Buchli Devi. When Pushpa and Sumit tried to save Buchli, she attacked them too. It is being told that on the other side, a woman standing from the hill was watching this incident, who captured the whole incident in her mobile. Now this video is going viral on social media. While some people are calling this video old.
At present, all the three injured are being treated. Seeing the condition of Bachuli Devi, she was referred to Haldwani. On the other hand, the Forest Department reached the spot and took stock. Along with this, financial assistance of Rs 15,000 has also been given to the families of the victims. Guldar or leopard attack is not the first time in the hilly areas, such incidents happen every day but no effort to stop them is effective.
