A unique case has come to light from Bihar’s Banka district, knowing about which everyone was surprised. Actually, the teachers of Katoria of Banka district of Bihar have given an application for leave (Banka School Teacher Leave Application), in which they have written that ‘mother is going to pass away, give leave after two days.’ The application forms are going viral on social media.
Strange application of teachers in Banka
Actually, an application by the name of Ajay Kumar of Kachhari Pipra village of Dhoraiya police station area of Banka district is going viral. In which it is written that ‘Mr. Principal Sir, it is a respectful request that my mother will die on Monday, 5th December at 8 pm. That’s why I will be absent from my school till 6th December and 7th December for his last rites. That’s why sir is requested to please approve my leave.
‘I will be sick after four days, need two days leave’
Another application letter written by Raj Gaurav, a teacher of Khadiara Urdu Vidyalaya, Barahat, is going viral. In which it is written, ‘I will be ill on December 4 and December 5. Because of which I will not be able to come to school. Therefore, casual leave should be approved. Please tell that this application has been written on 1st December i.e. Thursday.
‘Have to go to the wedding, there is a possibility of upset stomach, need leave’
Neeraj Kumar, a teacher of middle school Jamdaha in Katoria, applied to the principal of the school regarding casual leave. In which he wrote- ‘I am going to attend a wedding ceremony on 7th December. Mr. knows that I will enjoy the food very much in the wedding ceremony and then stomach upset is bound to happen. Therefore, please accept the application three days in advance. Please tell that this application has been rejected by the Principal.
What was the new order of the commissioner
It is said that such applications are coming after that order of Bhagalpur Commissioner Dayanidhan Pandey. In which the commissioner had said that it is mandatory to take approval before casual leave. Please tell that this order was issued three days ago i.e. on 29 November. After which Bhagalpur DEO and Banka DEO issued an order letter in this regard. After which the administrative order and the application of teachers are going viral on social media.
What was written in the order
However, the truth behind this entire order is said to be something else. In fact, in the order issued by the Bhagalpur Commissioner, it was written that when the schools were inspected, it was found that more than one teacher in the school was given leave at the same time, affecting the teaching work. In such a situation, teachers should not be given leave together. Along with this, it was also written in the order that the headmaster should approve the leave only after the approval of the Block Development Officer. On the orders of the Commissioner, a letter has been issued regarding CL. The meaning of this letter is not to disturb the teachers, they want that the education of the children should not be interrupted due to the leave of the teachers. During the inspection, most of the teachers were found together on leave in many schools and studies were found disrupted.
