Uttarakhand / Dehradun : Military personnel killed in school bus collision, paramilitary commando was on leave in Leh Ladakh

A bike rider hit a military personnel in a school bus at Kania intersection. The seriously injured army personnel was admitted to Ramnagar hospital, where he died during treatment. The police got the post-mortem done and handed over the dead body to the relatives.

24-year-old Himanshu Mehra son Trilok Singh Mehra was a resident of Kaniyan. Was coming towards home by bike at 7 am on Friday. As soon as he reached near Jai Mohan Inter College Kania, a school bus hit his bike from the intersection. As soon as there was a collision, he jumped and hit the pole.

The army personnel was admitted by the people around to Ramnagar Hospital, where he died during treatment. The death of the military personnel created chaos among the family members. On the other hand, Rajendra, the maternal uncle of the military personnel, told that the deceased was posted in Leh Ladakh as a para commando in the paramilitary and he was on leave on 29 November. The younger brother of the deceased Sachin is also in the army. And currently posted in Kullu.
