When the irregularities in the recruitments were found correct by the committee constituted in this regard, we immediately canceled such recruitments and now the Supreme Court has also considered the action of the state government as appropriate.

CM Dhami said that we assure the youth of the state that no injustice will be allowed to happen to the talented youth. Appointments are being made on all the vacant posts in a time-bound manner with complete transparency. We have made elaborate arrangements for this. The State Public Service Commission has been given the responsibility of all the recruitments. The State Public Service Commission has also started the recruitment process by issuing the recruitment calendar. All the recruitment processes are being monitored from the highest level.

CM wrote a letter to Khanduri

But in the High Court, a single bench of Justice Manoj Kumar Tiwari heard the petitions filed against the dismissal order of more than 102 employees dismissed from the Assembly Secretariat.

In the hearing, the order of his dismissal was stayed till further hearing. Along with this, the court said in its order that these employees will continue to work on their posts. After this order of the court, the government came on the backfoot. As much hue and cry was raised regarding the dismissal, after that the government also publicized it a lot. But the High Court rejected this action of the state government outright. It so happened that the people whose appointments were canceled were again working on the same post in the Vidhansabha.

On 24 November 2022, the division bench of the Uttarakhand High Court has accepted the order of dismissal of 228 employees dismissed from the Assembly Secretariat as correct. Earlier, the single bench had stayed this order of the Speaker. While hearing the special appeals filed by the Vidhan Sabha challenging the order of reinstatement of the dismissed employees from the Vidhan Sabha Secretariat by a single bench, the division bench of Chief Justice Vipin Sanghi and Justice RC Khulbe canceled the order passed by the Vidhan Sabha. upheld.
