The BJP has termed the decision of the High Court in the Ankita murder case as boosting the morale of the investigating agency. Earlier, the court had made the parents of the deceased a party to the petition and asked them to present their detailed reply. He said that Congress is less concerned about getting the killers punished in this case and more concerned about politics. Congress and the agitating forces in the case have been continuously raising questions on the SIT and trying to break its morale. If, he has some information regarding the murder case, then he should share it with the investigating agency. Nothing is going to be achieved by doing politics in the matter.
