What is the matter
According to the victim, her husband had borrowed Rs 50,000 from a private financier named Ajitsinh Chavda and his business partner in February this year. The victim’s husband is an auto rickshaw driver. After failing to repay the loan amount, he was asked to pay Rs 1,500 per day as interest to Chavda. He gave for a few days, then he could not even pay the interest. After which the accused barged into his house and forcibly had a relationship with his wife. During this a video was also made of it.
Claim of marriage
In the same month, the accused allegedly picked up the victim at home and took her to a temple. Where he forcefully put ‘vermilion’ on her forehead and declared her his wife. After this, the accused came to the victim’s house several times and raped her.
Blame the police
When the woman went to the police, they refused to file a complaint. After the police refused to register a complaint, the victim approached the court, which directed the police to register her rape complaint. Hearing the news of the complaint, the accused got angry and also attacked the woman with a knife. In which the woman was also injured.
