Madhya Pradesh: Man acquitted of gangrape charges, Shivraj sought compensation of Rs 10,000 crore from the government, said – I have been deprived of sexual pleasure, asked the government for every day’s account

In Madhya Pradesh, a person has demanded a compensation of Rs 10 thousand 6 crore from Shivraj Singh Chouhan’s government in the state. This compensation has been sought because he had to stay in jail for two years in a gangrape case and finally the police could not prove the crime and he was acquitted by the court. The tribal man who filed the compensation petition in the court says that he is the only earning person in the family of 6 people. When he remained in jail, the condition of the family became such that there was no money even to buy underwear. Now he has asked the government to account for every day spent in jail. But, out of this, the entire 10 thousand crore rupees are only in exchange of that gift, which God has given to every human being, i.e. sexual pleasure; And he has been deprived of it because of being in jail.
Man acquitted of gang rape charges
According to a TOI report, a tribal man walked out of jail in Madhya Pradesh’s Ratlam in October last year. Kantilal Bhil alias Kantu, 35, was lodged in jail on charges of gangrape. The court acquitted him of this charge. But, he now says that his life has been ruined due to being jailed on ‘false’ charges. He is still unable to recover from the days he had to spend in jail. He has said, ‘The hardships of the prison have given me a perpetual headache, which haunts me even after my release.’
Compensation petition has been filed in the court
Kantu remained in jail for 666 days. He was the only earner in the family of 6 people. Now he wants that the government should pay every penny for the mental-physical pain he has suffered, lost business and respect and been deprived of the beautiful gift given to him by God. He has filed a compensation petition in the court accusing the police of falsely implicating him by making “false, concocted and defamatory statements” against him, due to which his life and his career have been ruined.
Every day’s account sought from the government
In return for his ‘innocence’, he demanded compensation of thousands of crores from the government and has also given its details. He has asked for Rs 1 crore as compensation for the loss caused to his business and separately sought Rs 1 crore for defamation, defamation, bodily harm and mental agony. On top of this, he has also demanded Rs 2 lakh in lieu of court expenses during the jail.
‘Spent days in jail without clothes’
Kantu says that due to the allegations leveled against him, his wife, children and mother have also suffered a lot. He told, ‘I cannot describe the pain I have suffered during my two years in jail. My family could not even afford innerwear. I have spent the harsh summer and winter seasons without clothes in jail.’ He says, ‘By God’s grace I came out of jail.’ He feels that the lawyers have not taken money for his case.
Compensation of 10 thousand crore rupees for being deprived of sexual pleasure
Kantilal Bhil now wants a total compensation of Rs 10,006 crore from Madhya Pradesh’s Shivraj Singh Chouhan. In this, he has sought compensation of Rs 10,000 crore for the loss of God’s gift to human beings i.e. ‘deprivation of sexual pleasure’. His lawyer Vijay Singh Yadav has said that the district court has fixed January 10 as the date for hearing his petition. On October 10 last year, a sessions court had acquitted Kantu and co-accused Bheru Amalia, giving them the benefit of doubt.
