Uttarakhand : BJP state president Mahendra Bhatt’s visit to Haldwani, meeting regarding upcoming elections

BJP State President Mahendra Bhatt reached Haldwani. Where he held a meeting with the workers at the BJP Kumaon Divisional Office. In the meeting, Bhatt discussed about the upcoming civic and Lok Sabha elections. On the other hand, Mahendra Bhatt described the landslide and cracks in the houses in the mythical city of Joshimath in Uttarakhand as an unimaginable phenomenon. He said that such disasters keep coming in Uttarakhand from time to time. For which the government is completely serious. He said that the government is making arrangements for rehabilitation for all the people who are suffering in Joshimath. Temporary accommodation has been arranged for the affected people. He said that all the people’s house is in danger and people have vacated the house. The government will give them rent. So that he will be able to live in a rented building. Apart from this, arrangements have been made for the victims to stay in hotels and guest houses as an alternative arrangement.

Mahendra Bhatt said that the government is serious in the whole matter. Work is being done to provide all possible help to the victims. The government has immediately instructed the officials and SDRF to fix the arrangements. Apart from this, all the projects being run by the government near Joshimath have been closed.

Significantly, more than 600 families have been affected due to landslides and cracks in the houses in Joshimath, the mythical city of Uttarakhand, in view of which now the geological team has also reached the spot. At the same time, CM Pushkar Dhami reached Joshimath and is taking stock of the situation. Along with meeting the affected people, they are also asking about their well-being.
