Uttarakhand: The idol of Kuldevi in Joshimath is not ready to move from its place, the family members are pushing it

The people who have been living in Joshimath for generations are now leaving their homes. People somehow made their home by investing their entire life’s capital, but now they are forced to leave this home.
Man can change his residence, but what about deities? How can he change his house? Something similar is happening in Joshimath as well. Double difficulties have arisen for Chandra Ballabh Pandey, a devotee of Goddess living here. Chandra Ballabh Pandey’s house came under the grip of landslide. The house developed cracks and became unsafe to live in. After the order of the administration, he had to vacate his house.
Chandra Ballabh came out with his family with his belongings etc. but his Kuldevi is not getting ready to leave his house. Actually, Chandra Ballabh Pandey has installed Kuldevi in his own house. Chandra Ballabh Pandey and his family regularly worship the goddess. This order of his was never broken.
When there was a crack in the building, they started leaving the house. In such a situation, he tried to take the idol of his Kuldevi from its place and take it to the camp. But Devi Maa was not ready to go. Chandra Ballabh could not even move the idol of Devi from its place. On the contrary, the idol of the goddess is continuously pushing them away from themselves.
Chandra Ballabh Pandey and his family now face a big dilemma. He is coming to his unsafe building to worship Kuldevi on a daily basis. There, they are worshiping the goddess according to the rules and regulations. Even the officers have no solution for this now.
