Uttarakhand: CM Dhami spent the night at Pauri’s home stay, saw the beauty of the village in the morning walk

The home stay has been built by Major (Senior) Gorky Chandola in Rawat village located in Premnagar town of Pauri. Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami stayed one night in this home stay. Chief Minister Dhami described the home stay made by Gorki Chandola as better. He said that this is an ambitious plan of the state government to promote tourism activities as well as provide employment to the local people. He said that other people should also come forward and take advantage of this scheme.
CM Dhami spent the night in the homestay
On this occasion, the CM met the villagers and inquired about their well-being in his familiar style. He said that the homestay is playing an important role in making Uttarakhand self-employed and self-reliant. With homestay, people get to know about the traditional food and culture of Uttarakhand. The state government is continuously working to promote home stay. During this, Cabinet Minister Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat and MLA Rajkumar Pori were also with him.
Chief Minister interacted with senior citizens, ex-servicemen and families of martyrs
Earlier, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami participated in dialogue and suggestion program with ex-servicemen organization and families of martyrs and enlightened citizens at Circuit House during his visit to the district. Dialogue with women self-help groups and women’s organizations and also held meetings with panchayat representatives. The Chief Minister said that the central and state governments are working together for the people of the state. Ex-servicemen gave suggestions for re-starting training programs like sewing, embroidery, weaving for the martyrs and Panchayat representatives to make Gram Panchayat more empowered.
These suggestions were given to CM Dhami
Self-help groups gave suggestions to the Chief Minister regarding the upliftment of the women of the district through the empowerment of the group. The Chief Minister said that whatever suggestions have come during the dialogue program, all possible action will be taken after discussing them positively. After this, the Chief Minister also planted a sapling of Buransh in the premises of the Circuit Guest House.
CM Dhami visited the village in the morning after night stay
After night stay in Rawat village, CM Dhami visited Chandola Rai on Monday morning. On this occasion, he met the villagers to know their condition and took the opinion of the people related to the development of the village. Ex-servicemen present in the village shared their experiences with the Chief Minister. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that the soul of our state resides in the village itself. The development of the country is possible only with the development of Gram Sabhas. Our villages are the heritage of ancient culture. It is our duty to keep them alive. He also planted saplings in the village. Chief Minister Dhami also did yoga and meditation on this occasion.
