A customer died due to the alleged beating of the bank manager at the Bank of India branch in Supauli, Bihar’s Siwan district. It is said that the death of the customer is due to bank and heart attack. At the same time, the relatives of the deceased have accused the bank manager of assaulting and killing him. After this incident there was chaos in the bank. People enraged by the incident gheraoed the Pachrukhi police station. The police have taken the manager into custody.

The name of the deceased is said to be Taufiq Hussain. He was a resident of Sonvarsha village. It is said that he went to Supauli’s Bank of India branch to talk to the bank manager to take a loan. Then Taufiq Hussain started having an argument with the bank manager. In no time, the matter reached a scuffle. After which the manager allegedly thrashed Taufiq, due to which he fell on the spot and died. After this the people gathered there started creating ruckus. surrounded the police station.

Police is inquiring

The name of the accused bank manager is Pramod Bharti. According to the local people, the manager is of domineering nature. Doesn’t talk to any customer properly. People had also complained about the behavior of the manager. On the other hand, the relatives of Taufiq have accused the bank manager of assault and murder. After which people gheraoed the Pachrukhi police station and demanded his immediate arrest. Police is interrogating bank manager Pramod Bharti in custody.
