According to Dr. Rajeev, ‘The risk of heart attack can be reduced by correcting the lifestyle. Dr. Rajeev said that Sushmita was physically active, so she suffered the least damage.

Excessive exercise is not good for the body
Dr. Rajiv also said, ‘No exercise should be done for more than 3 to 4 days in a week. The body should also be given a chance to recover from exercise. At the same time, adequate sleep should also be taken, if you are exercising continuously and after that you are not getting enough sleep, then it can prove to be very dangerous for the body.

Gymming for fashion is also dangerous
According to Dr. Rajeev, ‘We should change the habit of sleeping at two o’clock in the night. Jogging should not be done as soon as you wake up in the morning. We are hearing a lot of such incidents these days that someone went to the gym and died while exercising.

Dr. Rajeev said, doing gym is not a fashion. Doing too much gym can cause a lot of trouble. 7 to 8 hours of sleep is necessary before going to the gym.

Sushmita had 95% blockage in her heart
After being discharged from the hospital, Sushmita came live on social media and told that she had 95% blockage in her heart. However, due to gym, workout and healthy lifestyle, he has been helped in recovery.
