PM Modi wrote that as a great writer, actor, filmmaker he impressed everyone with his work. He wrote, “He was inspirational and laid a strong foundation for his family. Satish Kaushik died on March 9 in Delhi

Please tell that Satish Kaushik died on March 9 due to a heart attack in Delhi. His body was brought back to Mumbai and his last rites were performed the same day at the Versova cremation ground. Satish and his wife Shashi Kaushik got married in 1985. His son Sanu Kaushik died in 1996. Their second child, Vanshika, was born in 2012 via a surrogate. Satish was last seen in the film Chhatriwali (2023). He had just finished shooting for his part in Kangana Ranaut’s Emergency, in which he will be seen as late politician Jagjivan Ram.
