Delhi to Dehradun will travel in just 2 to 2.30 hours, CM Dhami inspected the construction works of Delhi Dehradun elevated highway

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami inspected the under construction Delhi Dehradun Highway. During this, he also inspected the tunnel being built near the Daat Kali temple. After inspection, CM Dhami said that this highway will reduce the travel time from Delhi to Dehradun to only 2 to 2.30 hours. In the coming time, tourists from Delhi will easily be able to come to Uttarakhand. The work of the highway is going on very fast and the work will be completed by 2024.

In fact, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami inspected the construction of the state-of-the-art elevated highway from Delhi to Dehradun on Sunday. During this, he saw the works of this road project falling in the part of Uttarakhand. In particular, CM Dhami inspected the tunnel being built near the Daat Kali temple in Uttarakhand and the construction works around it. During this, he also interacted with the people of the working organization. Also took an update on when this work will be completed.

At the same time, after the inspection, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami addressed the media. He said that the elevated highway being built from Delhi to Dehradun is a very important and ambitious project. After its construction, the distance from the capital Delhi to Dehradun will be completed in just two and a half hours. He said that the deadline for the completion of this project has been sought by the executive body till 2024. Today he found in inspection that the construction work is going on at a fast pace.

Taking stock of the construction work of the second tunnel being constructed at Daat Kali, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that the executive body has completed this tunnel six months ahead of its scheduled time. Apart from this, work is going on at a fast pace in other places as well and they are hopeful that this work will be completed within its stipulated time. He also inquired about the challenges being faced by the officers of the executive organization while working. Along with this, the officers and employees of the executive organization were assured of full cooperation from the Uttarakhand government.
