G-20 meeting begins, foreign guests dressed in Uttarakhandi culture, got full respect from the state

Foreign guests have reached Uttarakhand for the G-20 conference starting today in Ramnagar. During this, the guests got a glimpse of Kumaoni culture at Pantnagar airport. He was welcomed at the airport with choliya dance and musical instruments. At the same time, women welcomed him by applying tika on their forehead and wearing Uttarakhandi cap. At the same time, women were presented backward. The welcome of the guests has completely changed the picture of the city. NH-87 lying damaged for years has been renovated. The highway from Pantnagar to Indira Chowk has been made dazzling. Several parks have been constructed near the sidewalls on the side of the highway.
Different types of flowers have been planted in it. To improve the traffic system, a zebra crossing has been made near the Collectorate along with the red light. Zebra crossing has also been made at DD Chowk and Indira Chowk.
Efforts are being made to show the complete glimpse of Uttarakhand to the foreign guests coming to the conference through painting. Maa Nanda Sunanda, Aipan as well as various colors of folk culture have been engraved in the painting in the airport premises. Posters of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami besides elderly women dressed in traditional attire and jewelery depicting the culture of Uttarakhand have been put up at the gate near the runway of Pantnagar airport. Inside the airport building, along with the painting of G-20, various artworks of Aipan have been displayed. Paintings related to art, culture and religion have been made on the walls of the places falling on the road route of the guests from the airport gate to Rudrapur city.
After landing at Pantnagar airport, the foreign delegates had lunch at a hotel on Nainital Road before leaving for Ramnagar. The food consisted of Pahari, Punjabi and all types of Indian food besides various juices available. The foreign guests were served Irani Chai, Lico Rice Tea, Masala Chai as well as ginger and basil tea. Chudkani of bhat, potato gutkas, spinach kapa, ghat ki dal, Kumaoni raita, jingore ki kheer as well as tempering dal, lachha paratha, missi roti and different types of rice, dal, curd, kuttu in Punjabi food. K flour pooris were also served. At the same time, guests from India and abroad attending the G-20 meeting will be able to enjoy Uttarakhand’s famous folk tune Bedu Pako Baromasa. Famous flute player Mohan Joshi, a native of Bhayedi village, will present folk tunes on flute and traditional folk instrument Binaai.
During the program, he will also entertain the guests from India and abroad with the beat of Hudka made by him. At the same time, the foreign guests were seen dancing on the hill tune.
