A commendable step has been taken by the District Magistrate Sonika to provide justice to a victim mother in Mamta’s case. Where the noble work of reuniting a 2-year-old innocent child who was away from the maternal mother’s maternal lap with her mother, is due to the efforts of the District Magistrate Sonika. In fact, under the public hearing program to be held every Monday, last week ago, the victim woman Khushboo, a resident of Haripurkala, Raiwala, had reached before the DM with her complaint. During the public hearing, Khushboo told the DM that her UP (Muzaffarnagar) in-laws had killed her in the month of February last. She was thrashed and thrown out of the house after separating her from her innocent 2-year-old child. When the matter did not work out even after a lot of efforts, Raiwala police conducted counseling for both the parties on the basis of the complaint. In every counseling, Khushboo demanded to get her child back. But the in-laws did not give back the child. In such a situation, an acquaintance of Khushboo, who was suffering from exhaustion, asked her to take the complaint to the public hearing to be organized under the chairmanship of the District Magistrate. So, agreeing to the acquaintance’s words, Khushboo reached the public hearing court and told the District Magistrate (Dehradun) about her love-filled pain.

Seeing the pain of the innocent child who gave birth in such a situation, District Magistrate Sonika immediately sent a letter to the police on behalf of the line department on March 28, instructing them to take action regarding getting the child back. After this, in coordination with the Muzaffarnagar line department of Uttar Pradesh, Khushbu Sharma was given back her child after some formalities on the same day. What was it then.. Mamta’s happiness was filled in the zenith of fragrance after finding her innocent child. Khushbu, a resident of Raiwala (Haripurkala) reached the public hearing program on Monday and thanked the District Magistrate Sonika wholeheartedly and expressed her gratitude to the concerned officials including the state government after helping so much in this noble cause. Who helped to get the child back. The same Khushboo expressed her happiness and said that she got a child by the order of the District Magistrate, as if she got everything in life.
